The type of camera bag to choose

The camera bag forms an important accessory for any digital camera. There are so many options available in the market and selecting the right one is a difficult task. This guide will help you to locate an ideal camera bag. Ones photography style plays an important role in the type and size of the camera bag that one needs.
A casual photographer might need just a smaller size camera bag. Camera holsters are designed to hold a compact camera with a minimum number of accessories. Holsters are easy and convenient to use. However, they are not suited for sports like mountain climbing, etc.
For an SLR camera and some extra lenses one requires extra space and pads to accommodate lens of varying sizes. Ideally, the camera bag should safely hold all the accessories that include the camera body, alternative lens, cleaning cloth, and a memory card holder. You may also check out for belt packs and shoulder bags.
Belt packs or fanny packs are mid-sized camera bags that are worn around the waist. They are wide, but shallow and offer easy access to majority of your equipments when the top portion of the bag is opened. However, one cannot sit or crouch with the bag around the waist.
Shoulder bags are relatively big and have more compartments for keeping those extra accessories. The shoulder camera bags come with padded dividers such that they enable you to organize the interiors. However, the shoulder camera bag is supported by a single shoulder which can hinder the mobility if there is heavy load.
